Governance 

Boston Schools Fund is governed by both a Board of Directors and an Advisory Board. Members of these boards are uniquely talented and positioned to achieve the Fund’s goals: they represent a diverse set of experiences, backgrounds, and Boston neighborhoods as well as substantial experience in schools, education, policy, and community engagement.

In monitoring both outcomes for children and allocation of dollars, the Fund's governance structures support the Fund’s mission, and work closely with Fund staff to to perform deep analysis of all investments.

Membership

Boston Schools Fund will continue to add Board and Advisory Board members to ensure more and more neighborhoods are represented and support our goal of 7,000 new high-quality seats for Boston's children and families.
